1.4 — Inviting your Team / Managing Users

Team and user management is handled by domain admins via the Admin Panel.

Accessing the Admin Panel

Go to Admin Panel in the left navigation (visible to admin users only).

The Admin Panel has three tabs:

  • Domain Users — view and manage all users on your domain

  • New Domain User Requests — approve or decline requests from users who have signed up under your domain

  • Column Mapping — set the default column mapping for all users on your domain

Licences

Your licence count is shown top right of the Admin Panel (e.g. Licenses: 4 / 4 (Plus)). Each active user requires a licence. If all licences are in use, you will need to purchase an additional licence before assigning one to a new user.

Adding a new user

New users can join your domain by signing up to Channel Chaser using their company email address. Their request will appear in the New Domain User Requests tab. From there you can:

  1. Review the request (Email, First Name, Last Name, Requested Role, User Type)

  2. Approve the request

  3. Assign a licence from the Domain Users tab using the Assign License button

Alternatively, contact support if you need to invite a user directly before they have signed up.
