Profile & Branding

• Your company name and logo are added — https://app.channel-chaser.com/my-account?section=organisation

Role & Notifications Setup

• Your user account has the correct role assigned — https://app.channel-chaser.com/my-account
• Notification preferences and deal chaser reminder frequency have been configured — https://app.channel-chaser.com/my-account (or domain-wide via Reminder Frequency — https://app.channel-chaser.com/my-account?section=organisation)

Import Deals

• Import at least one deal to be added to your Deals chase list — https://app.channel-chaser.com/import
• Field mapping has been reviewed and confirmed — https://app.channel-chaser.com/my-mapping (or domain-wide via Admin Panel → Column Mapping — https://app.channel-chaser.com/admin)
• Partner contacts are linked to the correct deals (check your imported deals)

CRM Connection (if applicable)

• Your CRM has been connected (HubSpot, ...) — https://app.channel-chaser.com/my-account?section=integrations
• Field mapping has been reviewed and confirmed — https://app.channel-chaser.com/my-mapping (or domain-wide via Admin Panel → Column Mapping — https://app.channel-chaser.com/admin)

First Request

• A test update request has been sent to a partner — https://app.channel-chaser.com/deals
• The partner response has been received and reviewed in your pipeline — https://app.channel-chaser.com/deals

Once all items are ticked, you're ready to go live.
