When you log in to Channel Chaser for the first time, you'll land on the Dashboard — your central hub showing a live summary of your pipeline, response activity, and deal movements.
The Dashboard shows:
A personalised greeting with a pipeline summary (active deals and total value)
Eight key stat cards: Active Deals, Pipeline Value, Closed Won, Response Rate, Avg Response Time, Overdue Requests, Locked Deals, and Domain Total Deal Usage
Pipeline Breakdown, Response Requests, and Recently Updated Deals panels
A Stage Movements Summary showing Movers, Static, and Stallers
Channel Chaser includes built-in Training Tours to help you get familiar with the platform. Click the Training Tours button (top right of any page) to access guided walkthroughs of key features at any time.
