2.2 — Sending Your First Update Request

  • Before you start

    Make sure you have:


    Steps

    1. Go to Deals → Request view — https://app.channel-chaser.com/deals

    2. Select the individual deal you want to request an update on by clicking the Queue button (+ icon in the first column of the deal row). For multiple deals, click Select All

    3. Click Send to Responders


    You'll see a successful request on-screen notification upon submission. Your partner will receive an email with a secure link to submit their update.

    Sending requests in bulk

    Click Select All to add all visible deals to the queue at once, then click Send to Responders.

    What happens next

    • If the partner responds, their update flows into your pipeline and the Dashboard Response Requests panel updates

    • Overdue requests are flagged on the Dashboard and in the Deals view

    • Automated reminder emails are sent based on the frequency set in My Account → Organisation
