Make sure you have:
At least one deal imported into your pipeline — https://app.channel-chaser.com/import
Field mapping reviewed and confirmed — https://app.channel-chaser.com/my-mapping (or domain-wide via Admin Panel → Column Mapping — https://app.channel-chaser.com/admin)
Partner contacts linked to the correct deals (check your imported deals)
Go to Deals → Request view — https://app.channel-chaser.com/deals
Select the individual deal you want to request an update on by clicking the Queue button (+ icon in the first column of the deal row). For multiple deals, click Select All
Click Send to Responders
You'll see a successful request on-screen notification upon submission. Your partner will receive an email with a secure link to submit their update.
Click Select All to add all visible deals to the queue at once, then click Send to Responders.
If the partner responds, their update flows into your pipeline and the Dashboard Response Requests panel updates
Overdue requests are flagged on the Dashboard and in the Deals view
Automated reminder emails are sent based on the frequency set in My Account → Organisation
