2.4 — Customising Your Request Message and Frequency

Setting the reminder frequency

The reminder frequency controls how often partners are automatically chased after a request is sent.

  1. Go to My Account → Organisation

  2. Find the Reminder frequency dropdown

  3. Select your preferred cadence (e.g. Every 30 days, Every 40 days, etc.)

  4. Click Save Organisation

Note: Only admins and managers can change Organisation settings.

Notification preferences

Individual users can control which email notifications they receive in My Account → Profile → Notification Preferences:

  • Deal request notifications — receive an email when a new deal request is sent to you

  • Response notifications — receive an email when a responder submits an update

  • Reminder notifications — receive automated reminder emails for overdue responses

Toggle each on or off and click Save Profile.
